Revenue Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help us build a foundation for excellence by reinforcing revenue strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, and best practices. This position is responsible for overseeing and reporting on the operations of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success departments, and ensuring that the interaction between those departments is aligned with the larger company-wide strategy dictated by the Chief Revenue Officer, Vice President of Marketing, and Chief Customer Officer. This person will begin by reporting to the Vice President of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build key metrics to measure effectiveness of collaboration between all three groups
  • Understand and utilize best practices as it relates to planning, tracking, documenting, and communicating changes and new processes
  • Champion the use of technology, tools, and processes to maintain the source(s) of truth of our sales, marketing and customer success data
  • Proactively search for areas to improve, streamline and scale using data, process and systems analyses that measurably impact company revenue
  • Implement and manage key tools to increase the impact of the revenue teams Provide hands-on coaching/training on using our tech stack
  • Implement workflow / automation to reduce administrative tasks for revenue team
  • Monitor, review, and report on the revenue funnel on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Maintain and optimize global territory and account assignments, and make recommendations on the design of the revenue organization


  • and Hubspot administration experience is strongly preferred; Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred
  • Understanding of key SaaS Sales, Marketing, and CX concepts and how they work in practice
  • The ability to conceptualize business processes, clearly illustrate pain points, and recommend changes to the systems that support those processes
  • Basic understanding of the SaaS technology landscape
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or BusinessOperations in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with
