Terry Pauzer
Terry will be joining SkillCycle as a strategic HR Advisor. Terry is an innovative hands-on HR Business Executive with over 30 years of experience in translating business vision into people management initiatives resulting in improved performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement in fast-paced high growth organizations. She is an empowering business leader who supports companies and top executives with a unique perspective and appreciation that human capital is every organization’s greatest asset. Terry is currently the Chief People Officer at 1010data where she is responsible for managing the strategy and processes related to building and retaining talent. Terry joined the SkillCycle advisor team because she’s passionate about Talent Management and believes SkillCycle’s solution will help employees evolve with the future of work.
Elise James-DeCruise
Elise will be joining SkillCycle as its Learning and D&I Advisor. Elise is a Learning & Development Professional and Diversity & Inclusion Advocate with over 15 years of global experience in marketing, strategy, design and delivery of learning solutions for clients, partners and digital marketing industry professionals. She currently leads Global Multicultural Marketing and Inclusion initiatives at MediaMath. In her newly created role, she helps MediaMath think about and better position diversity and inclusion within the workforce, workplace and marketplace, and inspires others to do the same. Elise is excited to work with the SkillCycle team to help make lifelong education accessible to all.
